Usage: Major in precise lapping valve plate, valve piece, friction plate, rigidity seal ring, air cylinder piston ring, oil pump vane etc precision hardware or metal and non-metal hard material's dual-plane lapping .
Machine Processing Principle
Through the simultaneous rotation of the upper and lower grinding discs and the central gear in the middle, the workpiece in the fixture is driven to do planetary wheel movement, thus realizing the surface grinding and polishing. The parallelism, flatness up to 1um, and the best surface roughness can reach 0.2um.
