Kizi Grinding and Polishing Consumables
Kizi has evolved from cast iron discs, synthetic iron discs, copper discs, tin discs, and resin discs to diamond discs. The plane of the disc has been revised to a flatness of 2 μm by various methods, and micron-sized diamond abrasives have been added to the high-precision base. The surface of the workpiece becomes both high-precision flatness and a high-gloss finish like a mirror. According to the actual application needs of customers, we can develop and produce related grinding and polishing consumables.

Used for sapphire LED substrate piece hard polishing, cooperate with "KIZI" sapphire polycrystalline diamond grinding fluid, best removal rate can reach 0.002mm/min, a single grinding disc work in with KIZI diamond fluid can process about 50000 pieces of 2 inches substrate.

 

Synthetic tin plate
